After
coming off their third National Championship in
the '80s the 'Canes entered the '90s hoping to
pick up right where they left off. In the Hurricanes
opening game of the '90 season Miami would realize
the '90s were not going to be as friendly as the
'80s were. The 'Canes were upset by BYU 21-28.
Miami would rebound like a Championship team is
supposed to, but would lose to Notre Dame 20-29.
Miami finished the '90 season on a positive by
pounding Texas 46-3 in the Cotton Bowl. |
